What is the difference between the pairing and the Full System?

The pairing contains one 50 ml Oil bottle and one box of twelve 6 ml Protocol ampoules. The Full System contains two Oil bottles and one Protocol box. Only the Full System is covered by the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

How should I apply Afghani Oil?

Part the hair to expose the scalp, apply the oil with the dropper according to the directions supplied with your bottle, then massage gently with fingertips. Follow those directions for quantity, frequency, leave-in time and washing; this summary does not introduce a different dose.

How many Protocol ampoules should I use, and how long does a box last?

Use one full 6 ml ampoule daily as standard: twelve ampoules last 12 days. The economy option is one full ampoule every other day, lasting approximately 24 calendar days. Do not split one ampoule across several days.

Do the Oil and Protocol have the same ingredients?

No. The Oil features five botanicals; the Protocol has a separate formula with six named active ingredients. These summaries are not complete INCI lists and should not be used to infer ingredient percentages.

Which purchase is covered by the 60-day satisfaction guarantee?

Only the Full System pack: two Afghani Oil bottles and one Protocol box. You can claim within 60 days of receiving that pack, including opened or used products, without returning them or providing photos or evidence. An eligible refund covers the amount paid for the pack and the original shipping charge actually paid.

Individual products, the one-Oil-plus-one-Protocol pairing, and the four-Oil and family gift packs are not covered by this voluntary guarantee. Ordinary returns and statutory rights remain separate.
