Afghani Oil 60-Day Full System Guarantee

What the guarantee is

The 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to the Full System pack: two Original Afghani Hair Oil bottles plus one Hair Density Protocol box. The claim window starts on the date you receive the pack, not the order or dispatch date.

This is a satisfaction and refund promise. It does not guarantee a medical or biological outcome, hair growth, density or shedding reduction for every customer.

Eligible products and purchases

Eligibility requires purchase of the Full System pack of two Oil bottles and one Protocol box. Individual products and the one-Oil-plus-one-Protocol pairing are not covered by this voluntary guarantee. Opened and used products in the eligible pack are covered.

Eligible pack and 60-day claim window

For this guarantee, the full pack is two Original Afghani Hair Oil bottles and one Hair Density Protocol box. Eligibility is based on purchasing that pack, not on completing a set number of use days, doses or applications. Submit your claim within 60 days of the date you received the pack.

What “no questions asked” means

No physical product return is required. You do not need to provide photographs, Before/After evidence, medical evidence or any other proof. Opened and used products do not need to be sent back.

Basic order verification

Use your order number and order email so we can locate your purchase. Confirm that you purchased the Full System pack of two Oil bottles and one Protocol box, and that you are submitting your claim within 60 days of receiving it. No supporting evidence is required.

Refund amount and shipping

For an eligible Full System claim, the refund includes the pack amount you paid plus the original shipping charge you actually paid. If original shipping was free, there is no shipping amount to refund.

No physical return is required, so there is no return-shipping requirement.

Separate from ordinary returns

This Full System satisfaction guarantee is separate from ordinary returns. Opened and used products in the eligible pack are covered, and no physical return is required. It does not limit your applicable statutory rights.

Processing and consumer rights

After order verification, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls the time needed to post the refund. This voluntary guarantee does not limit any non-waivable legal consumer rights.
