Inside the formulas
Afghani Oil ingredients: two distinct formulas
A clear reading of the named botanicals and actives, with each list tied to its own product.
IN BRIEF
Two formulas, kept separate.
Original Afghani Hair Oil features five botanicals: Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed, Rosemary, Black Seed and Amla. Hair Density Protocol has a different formula with six active ingredients. The two lists describe two different products.

Saw Palmetto

Pumpkin Seed

Rosemary

Black Seed

Amla
Understanding the Oil's botanical list
These are the five featured botanicals in Original Afghani Hair Oil, the 50 ml bottle in the collection. Keeping the product name beside the list matters: this is the Oil, not the ampoule formula.
The six active ingredients in the Protocol
Hair Density Protocol is a concentrated six-active formula supplied as twelve 6 ml ampoules. Its active-ingredient list is separate from the Oil's botanical list:
- Adenosine
- Procyanidin B2
- Caffeine
- Saw Palmetto Extract
- Melatonin
- Rosemary Essential Oil
A familiar botanical name does not make two formulas identical
Saw Palmetto and Rosemary appear in both descriptions, but the Protocol specifies Saw Palmetto Extract and Rosemary Essential Oil. Those product-specific names should remain intact.
An ingredient name, its form and its amount are different pieces of information. A list of names alone does not establish equal concentrations, identical use or equivalent results. Nor does a longer list establish that one product is better suited to a particular person.
What this ingredient guide tells you
This guide identifies the Oil's featured botanicals and the Protocol's named active ingredients. These summaries are not presented as complete INCI lists, and no ingredient percentages are given here.
If you need to check a specific ingredient or reconcile information on a particular pack, contact the store with the exact product name and the details you want to confirm. An ingredient summary should not be used to guess a complete formulation.
Keep the formula connected to the product
Use the Oil page when reviewing the 50 ml bottle, and the Protocol page when reviewing the ampoules. Their directions and product details belong to the corresponding product.
For a clear view of the two formats together, the choice guide places the actual products side by side without turning ingredient counts into performance rankings.

Good to know.
What are the five botanicals in Original Afghani Hair Oil?
Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed, Rosemary, Black Seed and Amla. These are the five featured botanicals of the 50 ml Oil.
What are the six active ingredients in Hair Density Protocol?
Adenosine, Procyanidin B2, Caffeine, Saw Palmetto Extract, Melatonin and Rosemary Essential Oil. This list belongs to the Protocol, not the bottled Oil.
Are these complete INCI lists?
No. This page presents the five featured Oil botanicals and the six named Protocol actives. It does not present either summary as a complete INCI list.
Can an ingredient list tell me which product will work better for me?
The names and number of ingredients alone cannot answer that. Keep the product format, its own information and your specific questions in view rather than treating an ingredient count as a ranking.
