These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of buyafghanioil.com and your purchase of products from Afghani Oil. Afghani Oil is operated by SALMI LLC (“Afghani Oil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Shipping Policy controls shipping-specific matters, and the Return and Refund Policy controls return- and refund-specific matters. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Eligibility and Online Store Conditions

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you permit a minor dependent to browse the website, you are responsible for supervising that use. A minor may not make a purchase independently.

You may use the website and our products only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website or products in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code. A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Customer Accounts and Information

You must provide complete, current, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting an order and for promptly updating information when necessary.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly using the contact method below if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. General Conditions

We may refuse or restrict use of the website, cancel abusive activity, or decline an order when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, payment systems, or applicable legal rights. We will exercise these rights in a lawful and nondiscriminatory manner.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, or commercially use any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

5. Products and Cosmetic-Product Disclaimer

Afghani Oil products, including Original Afghani Hair Oil — 50 ml and Afghani Oil Hair Density Protocol — 12 ampoules × 6 ml, are cosmetic hair and scalp care products. They are not medicines or medical treatments. Information on this website is provided for general product and cosmetic-care purposes and is not medical advice.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual experiences and results vary. Follow the directions supplied with the product. If significant irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.

Nothing on the website should be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are under professional care, or have concerns about whether a cosmetic product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate professional before use.

6. Product Information, Images, and Packaging

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product photography, lighting, and screen settings can affect how colors, finishes, proportions, and packaging appear on a device.

Packaging can receive reasonable updates that do not change the essential product ordered. We will not make a material product substitution without appropriate customer communication. Product descriptions, ingredients, supplied directions, and other material information available at the time of purchase should be reviewed before ordering and use.

7. Prices, Promotions, and Active Currency

Prices are displayed in the active checkout currency. Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability can change without advance notice. The applicable purchase amount is the amount displayed and accepted during checkout, including any shipping charges and taxes shown before payment.

Promotions are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless the offer expressly permits it. We may correct an obvious pricing, technical, promotional, or inventory error. If an error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel the affected order. When we cancel an order before fulfillment, amounts collected for that order are refunded to the original payment method.

8. Product Availability and Order Acceptance

All products and offers are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart or receiving an automated order confirmation does not guarantee availability or final acceptance. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order.

We may reject, limit, correct, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, an obvious price or product error, incomplete information, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, an apparent unauthorized resale purchase, or a legal restriction. When possible, we will use the contact information supplied with the order to explain the issue.

If we cancel an order before fulfillment after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

9. Payment and Billing

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order. By completing checkout, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed total, including any shipping costs and taxes shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and other authorized payment providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices. We may request information reasonably required to verify a payment or protect against fraud. Failure to complete payment or necessary verification can prevent order acceptance or delay fulfillment.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are accepted only for destinations available during Shopify checkout. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed before payment.

Estimated delivery is 5–20 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed. This estimate includes processing and transit time. It is not a guaranteed appointment date. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, high-volume periods, customs processing where applicable, and incomplete or incorrect delivery details can cause delays.

If we reasonably expect that an order cannot be delivered within the stated estimate, we will use the order contact information to provide a revised estimate. The customer can agree to continue waiting or, where required, cancel an unfulfilled order and receive a refund to the original payment method.

Complete shipping terms, including tracking, address corrections, delayed orders, and damaged packages, are stated in our Shipping Policy.

11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. A return request is not automatic approval. Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before sending any item. Approved return instructions and the correct return destination are provided after approval.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed, or partially used cosmetic haircare products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. An eligible change-of-mind product must be unused, unopened, unaltered, in its original packaging, with the original seal intact where applicable, in resalable condition, and accompanied by adequate proof of purchase.

The hygiene exclusion does not prevent review of an item that arrived damaged, was defective, was incorrect, or was materially different from the order. Such issues must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order number, an explanation, and relevant photographs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to issue an approved refund within 10 business days after the returned product is inspected. A bank or payment provider can require additional time to display the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

A cancellation can be requested before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or fulfillment. Once an order ships, any eligible item must follow the return procedure.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer products and process store activity. We can also use payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, and other third-party services necessary to operate the store.

Third-party services can be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the independent content, security, products, or practices of an external website.

You should review a third party’s terms before entering into a transaction with it. This section does not limit our obligations concerning products sold by Afghani Oil, accepted orders, or refunds owed under our policies or applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including text, product photography, graphics, logos, trademarks, page designs, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Afghani Oil and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for personal, lawful shopping and informational use. No ownership right is transferred. You may not use our branding, content, or product imagery commercially without prior written permission.

14. Reviews, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other material intended for public display or promotional consideration, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute that submission for operating, improving, and promoting the store and its products. This license does not transfer your ownership of the submission.

We may moderate, decline, or remove public submissions that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise violate these Terms. We are not obligated to publish or respond to a submission or to provide compensation for unsolicited feedback.

Do not submit confidential information through public review or comment fields. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, its content, or its services:

• for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, any collected amount for that order will be refunded to the original payment method. We are not obligated to update historical information except where required by law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for obligations expressly stated in these Terms, our policies, product information accepted at checkout, or applicable law, the website and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and noninfringement where such warranties can legally be disclaimed. Product experiences vary, and no website content constitutes a guarantee of a particular cosmetic result.

This section does not exclude an express obligation we accepted for an order or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afghani Oil and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or products.

Where legally permitted, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to us for that order. Where a jurisdiction does not permit a stated exclusion or limitation, liability is limited only to the maximum extent permitted there.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot legally be limited, an expressly owed refund, or any other right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Afghani Oil and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers harmless from a third-party claim, loss, or reasonable expense arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of duty.

20. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably determine that you materially violated these Terms, used the website unlawfully, threatened store or customer security, or engaged in fraud or abuse.

Termination does not cancel an accepted payment obligation or affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, governing-law, and payment provisions—will survive.

22. Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, order details accepted at checkout, and other policies expressly posted on the website, form the entire agreement between you and us concerning use of the website and purchases from the store. They replace prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the same subject.

Section headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that permits or requires a different governing law or forum.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier accepted order where doing so is prohibited by law.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review this page periodically. The Terms presented or linked during checkout govern the order placed at that time, subject to applicable law.
