Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through buyafghanioil.com.
Shipping Destinations
We accept orders only for destinations currently available during Shopify checkout. The availability of a country, state, or region at checkout controls whether an order can be placed.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–20 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed.
This estimate includes order processing and transit time. Many orders can arrive near the beginning of the estimate, while some destinations or carrier conditions can require the full 20-day period.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment dates. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, customs processing where applicable, and incorrect or incomplete delivery details can cause delays.
Shipping Options and Costs
Available shipping methods and their prices are displayed during checkout. You can review the shipping charge before completing payment.
Faster or express service is available only when it appears as an option at checkout. Selecting an express option does not eliminate delays outside our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Order processing time is included in the total 5–20-calendar-day estimated delivery window. An order can require additional review when:
- Payment verification is required;
- Address information is incomplete;
- Fraud-prevention checks require clarification; or
- Inventory availability changes unexpectedly.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when tracking is available from the fulfillment or shipping provider. Tracking can require a short period to begin displaying movement after a shipping confirmation is sent. Please use the order confirmation and tracking details supplied for your order.
Delivery Addresses
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address correction is required, contact us as quickly as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Afghani Oil is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses. If an order is returned because an address is incorrect or undeliverable, you can be responsible for a new shipping charge before reshipment. We will contact you before applying any new reshipment charge.
Delays Beyond 20 Days
If we reasonably expect that an order cannot be delivered within the stated 5–20-calendar-day estimate, we will contact you using the contact information provided with the order and provide a revised estimate.
You can agree to continue waiting. Where required by applicable law, you can instead cancel an unfulfilled order and receive a refund to the original payment method.
Packages Marked Delivered but Not Located
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery area, ask household members, check with building reception where applicable, and review any carrier notices. Then contact us with your order information.
We will review the order and available carrier information. Any replacement or refund will be decided after the carrier and fulfillment review; a duplicate shipment is not issued automatically before that review is completed.
Damaged Packages or Products
If a package is visibly damaged or a product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the package; and
- Clear photographs of the affected product.
We will review the information and available fulfillment or carrier records before determining the appropriate resolution.
